Registration is completely free with Ship4Speed
We have shipments twice per week Wednesdays, and Fridays. Packages are ready for pick-up the day after the shipment arrives.
Customs duties can be charged once the value of your package exceeds $100.00 US.
Yes we offer free deliveries only within Mandeville. Conditions apply.
Yes definitely, you can just provide them with your delivery address along with your name in the same format presented on your dashboard.

At Ship4Speed JA, accessible via our website, we are committed to providing reliable, efficient, and customer-focused logistics services. By registering an account or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any revisions.
By using the services provided by Ship4Speed JA (“the Company”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our Claims Policy.
Ship4Speed JA provides freight forwarding and logistics coordination services. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • Ship4Speed JA works with third-party warehouses, carriers, airlines, and logistics providers for the handling and transportation of packages.
  • These third parties operate independently, and Ship4Speed JA does not control their operations.
  • Ship4Speed JA shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay, damage, or misplacement of packages caused by third-party service providers.
  • Shipments are processed twice weekly (Wednesday and Friday via air freight) and once weekly via sea freight.
  • Packages received by 12:00 PM on scheduled shipment days will be included in that dispatch.
  • Delivery estimates of 3–7 business days are not guaranteed and may vary.

Customers are responsible for:
  • Providing accurate shipping information, including full U.S. address, company name, and mailbox number
  • Ensuring all packages are properly packed and compliant with shipping regulations

Ship4Speed JA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.
  • Shipments are not automatically insured unless requested and paid for by the customer.
  • Customers who ship without insurance do so at their own risk.
  • Insurance is strongly recommended for items valued over USD $50.
  • Ship4Speed JA only facilitates insurance and is not the insurer.
Ship4Speed JA’s liability for any loss or damage is limited to the lower of:
  • USD $50, or
  • The declared value of the item
This applies only to uninsured shipments.

Ship4Speed JA is not liable for:
  • Losses exceeding USD $50 on uninsured items
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Items shipped without insurance coverage
Customs duties may apply to shipments valued at USD $100 or more.

Ship4Speed JA is not responsible for customs delays, fees, seizures, or confiscations.
Shipping rates are based on weight, size, destination, and service type and may change without notice. All fees must be paid before release or delivery.
  • Packages should be collected or scheduled for delivery within 14 days of arrival.
  • Storage fee: $50 JMD per day after 14 days.
  • Packages unclaimed after 30 days may be sold or auctioned to recover costs.
  • Ship4Speed JA reserves the right to withhold release of packages until all outstanding balances are cleared.
Packages without proper identification (such as mailbox numbers) will incur a $400 JMD processing fee.
All claims must be submitted according to Ship4Speed JA’s Claims Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
  • Claims must be submitted within 3 days
  • Supporting documentation is required
  • All decisions are final
  • Payment is required before package release or delivery
  • Accepted payment methods include online and in-person payments

For assisted purchases:
  • Full prepayment is required
  • All shipping and storage fees must be cleared before collection
Ship4Speed JA reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel shipments if:
  • False or misleading information is provided
  • Terms and Conditions are violated
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
  • Prohibited, illegal, restricted, or undeclared items are discovered or suspected

Ship4Speed JA also reserves the right to inspect, hold, dispose of, or report such shipments to relevant authorities without liability or compensation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
